Lower Providence Township Water Leak

The water supply line running through the attic of this home in Lower Providence Township resulted in the water damage depicted in the Before Photo. The water stains indicate drywall panels ready to collapse, needing a demolition. The removal of the ruined building materials was bagged and neatly accomplished to prevent dirtying other areas of the home. Air scrubbers fitted with HEPA filtration systems also helped to keep the air clean during the service. The After Photo illustrates the opened ceiling with poly sheeting to hasten the drying time within the attic crawl space.
